Description:
We worked with Qualcomm and SC Builders to design and build three 2-story buildings (A, B & D) on one campus, 238,000 square feet of interior tenant improvements. This was a dynamic, fast paced, high profile project. The project included data center with a dedicated chiller plant, labs, kitchen, cafeteria and office space.
We were awarded the project in February and by the end of July, Qualcomm employees occupied the campus.
Project staffing, organization and communication were structured to insure success for the fast track delivery process. We utilized preconstruction coordination and off-site prefabrication to insure the just-in-time installations for the accelerated project schedule.
